MESSAGE TITLE:
When Men Say There Is A Casting Down…

SCRIPTURE TEXT:
Job 22:29 – “When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.”
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
When life knocks you down, don’t stay down-your lifting is in your declaration! Even when men say there’s a casting down, declare with boldness: “My story is changing, there is a lifting up for me!”
MESSAGE
Job was a man who had everything-wealth, influence, a loving family, and a name that commanded respect. Then, without warning, tragedy struck!
One after the other, messengers came bearing sorrowful news:
“Your livestock is gone!”
“Your wealth is destroyed!”
“Your children are dead!”
Before he could even grieve, another messenger came-this time, with sickness.
Painful boils covered his body from head to toe. His skin peeled. His flesh stank. He was unrecognizable.
The same people who once called him “blessed” now whispered, “Cursed!”
The same wife who once loved him now said, “Curse God and die!”
The same friends who sat at his table now mocked, “You must have sinned!”
Child of God, have you ever been in a place where life turns against you?
Where your own fights you?
Where your own friends doubt you?
Where you are deserted?
Where Heaven seems silent?
Job sat in the ashes-broken, bruised, betrayed. Yet, he refused to let his condition control his confession!
•He did not say, “I am finished!”
•He did not say, “God has abandoned me!”
•He did not say, “I will never rise again!”
Instead, he lifted his voice and declared:
“Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him!”
“I know my Redeemer lives!”
“When men say there is a casting down, I will say there is a lifting up!”
Child of God, what are YOU saying in your affliction?
Are you speaking fear, or are you speaking faith?
Are you declaring the pain, or are you declaring the promise?
Lift your hands and cry:
“Oh God, lift me out of this pit! I refuse to die in this situation! I refuse to let this pain have the final say! In the name of Jesus, I declare -THERE IS A LIFTING UP!”
THE PIT IS NOT YOUR FINAL STOP!
There is a season when life pushes you down.
Joseph was thrown into a pit.
Hannah was mocked for barrenness.
Daniel was thrown into the lion’s den.
Lazarus was buried and forgotten.
But hear me:
THE PIT IS NOT YOUR FINAL STOP!
THE DEN IS NOT YOUR DESTINY!
THE GRAVE CANNOT HOLD YOU!
Every story that looked like an end was just the beginning of a testimony!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I prophesy over your life and over my life too:
Every shame will turn into glory!
Every failure will turn into a miracle!
Every delay is turning into divine acceleration!
Your season, my season of lifting is around!
In Jesus’ name, Amen!
