…lauds Sen Akpabio’s ‘stabilizing’ role

The Chairman-elect, APC National Youth Caucus (NYC), Akwa Ibom State Chapter, Comrade Victor Sunday Etim has assured Nigerians that soonest, the dividends of President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda would start manifesting in the lives of the citizens.
Comrade Etim who gave the assurance in Uyo, while reacting to the news of safe return from Europe of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the country, also lauded the Senate President, Distinguished Sen Godswill Obot Akpabio for his sterling leadership of the National Assembly.
Fielding questions from newsmen, the NYC Chairman-elect noted that as a man who improved significantly the economic status of Lagos state, making it one of the fastest growing cities in the world, President Tinubu would certainly take Nigeria to a height generations unborn would be proud of.
“I’m highly elated by the news of our dear President, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s safe return to the country after his trip to Europe”, Comrade Etim said, adding that “the apparatus of government was still in motion in spite of Mr President’s physical absence”.
Speaking on President Tinubu’s achievements so far, Comrade Etim continued “Nigeria’s economy was on the brink of total collapse prior to the emergence of President Tinubu in 2023.
“Nearly all the critical sectors of our economy were neglected. When you look critically at the number of roads currently being constructed across the country, you will accept the fact that very soon, Nigerians will start feeling the full dividends of the APC-led administration.
Just recently, the Akwa Ibom State axis of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway was flagged off. Upon completion, that highway which comes with railway, would link Akwa Ibom and other coastal states seamlessly to other parts of the country. This is first of its kind! Nigeria is indeed on the right path”.
On Sen Godswill Akpabio, Comrade Etim said “It is also worthy to note the exceptional leadership qualities and the stabilizing role of the Senate President, Distinguished Sen Godswill Obot Akpabio. He has been able to coordinate effectively the legislative arm of the present administration, making it an excellent definition of people-oriented legislature”.
