…says he warned Wike that Fubara will betray him

Founder and Spiritual Leader of Christ Deliverance Ministry (CDM) Inc, Prophet Ekong Ituen says the current crisis in Rivers State would have been averted had Governor Sim Fubara listened to the prophetic warning which God had revealed through him.
Recall that the Supreme Court last week barred the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Accountant-General of the Federation and other relevant financial agencies from releasing federal allocations to the local government areas in Rivers State.
Reacting to the development, Prophet Ituen noted that ignoring prophesies from spiritually inclined clergies was not without consequences and urged leaders to be mindful.
“Looking down on prophecies that emanated from a spiritually inclined servant of God comes with consequences. I could remember that I warned you severally to ignore sycophants and make peace with former Governor Nyesom Wike, to safeguard your political future but was ignored”, Prophet Ituen noted in a release he personally signed.
While stressing that prophesies were not criticism but warning, the CDM Founder continued “Prophecy should not be seen as hatred, criticism or politically motivated but as warning and a clue to the future, which can be prevented if the right steps are taken, because even in the Bible God used Prophets to warn leaders about impending calamities and crises.
I urge our leaders to be mindful of prophecies that comes from a true Prophet of God, because he speaks the mind of God which has the capacity for fulfillment
True Prophets are warners, while Prophecy is a warning and a clue to the future, it can be prevented if the right steps are taken”.
It would be recalled that on the 8th of February, 2024, Prophet Ituen had released a prophetic declaration warning the Rivers State Governor to make peace with his predecessor, Chief Nyesom Wike to avert an imminent impeachment.
According the prophecy, “Your days in office are numbered. You will be impeached because former Governor Nyesom Wike has not forgiven you. I urge you to make peace with him to safeguard your political future.”
On 9th January, 2024, Prophet Ituen prophesied “The political future of Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State is very dicey, I urge him to ignore political sycophants and urgently make peace with Barr. Nyesom Wike, to avert impending political embarrassment awaiting him.”
Again on October 8th, 2024, he declared “Don’t rejoice yet, the battle is far from being over. What I saw in my revelation calls for concern. I urge Nigerians to pray for peace and God’s intervention.”
