Even though the company wrote on its website that it’s a PPP between it and Akwa Ibom State Government, I can tell you for free and dare them to go to court that the company has not invested one Naira in it.

The company was floated in 2010 by three job men and they sold the idea of a fertilizer plant to then Godswill Akpabio. Akpabio as a smart guy saw through them and thrashes their proposal.
Then came Gov. Emmanuel Udom in 2015. Sharply, they brought the idea to Udom in 2016 who quickly bought it. Udom knew quite well that it was supposed to be a 50:50 project but guess what.
The three guy men namely Johnny Sunday Udo, Udo Sampson and their white counterpart named Robert Chandler connived with the Governor who took a loan of N650 million then which is over N4 billion now, to invest in the company as a majority shareholder. Greenwell brought NO DIME.
The State Government took over the full control of the company. It still gets messy.
The Governor made Johnny Sunday Udo the majority shareholder with 90% shares and the State Government with 10% shares.
Now, who’s Sunny Johnny?
He’s Udom’s friend who stays in the US in same place like Udom.

The company was making heavy billions that NEVER got to to Akwa Ibom State account. It was going somewhere. This somewhere offshore in the US is what I have decided to track that will take me to the US in ten days time. And let no ethnic bigot ask who’s funding my trip for an investigation and petition that will not add money to me. I’m a resident of three countries with the USA included.
Too many dirty deals happened in Akwa Ibom that Linus, immediate past Accountant General will have to answer for.
Permit me Dear Akwa Ibomites to wrap this up in two weeks, about a microfinance bank in AKS that’s richer than major Nigerian banks where N50 billion can be dished out without blinking eyes. Give me two weeks to unmask the owners of the banks and what it’s used for.
Udom is clever so are we. All loopholes must be tightened and Greenwell Technology is one that is of major interest to the petition.
