1) Isheri Olofin – Founded by Olofin Ogunfunminire Awogunjoye and his followers from Ife. They also founded Ebute Metta and Iddo.

2)  Eko (Lagos Island) – Originally called Ereko (Farmstead), it was a pepper farm (Oko Iganran) founded by Awori prince Aromire from Iddo. Later conquered by Benin warriors.
