Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived in Lagos for the Service of Songs and Tribute for the late Gbemisola Olutayo Olowolafe, wife of Dr. Tunji Olowolafe, Chancellor of Ekiti State University and former Chairman of GZ Industries. Gbemisola Olowolafe died on March 11, aged 63.
At the instance of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Shettima first paid a condolence visit to the family of late former governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, where he condoled with the wife and family over the loss of their eldest daughter, Abisola Kola-Daisi, who died recently in the United Kingdom at the age of 42.
Prayers were offered for her peaceful repose just as the Vice President urged the family to take heart and find strength in the cherished memories they shared with their beloved daughter.
The Vice President will soon proceed to join family and friends of Dr. Tunji Olowolafe at the Service of Songs and Tribute for the late Mrs. Gbemisola Olowolafe.
