Nigeria spent $3.4 billion to build Aluminum Smelter company in Ikot Abasi.
Atiku Sold 70% stake at $250million.
Because the company was sold at awoof price, two companies, one Russian the other owned by a Nigerian Ruben Jaja, started fighting over who bought it first.
The legal battle that ensued led to the company final death.
in 2001 when Atiku/OBJ decided to sell NITEL, NITEL was worth $2.4billion(over N4trillion today).
Again they sold it in an awoof sale of $252million.
Legal battle started on who actually bought the company, between Tunde Ayeni NATCOM and Tony Elumelu TRANSCOP.
And agreement was reached to Liquidate NITEL between the feuding Nigerians.
Before Atiku/OBJ decided to sell Ajaokuta steel it was valued at around $8billion. Since they wanted to sell at awoof price.
The enemies within team up again.
To fight over who actually bought the company. Three Nigeria companies, India firm and Russian firm.
They drag themselves to court.
Since 1999 till 2022 when Buhari government agreed to pay $496million to the companies dragging the ownership of the steel plant.
That is a plant that was almost 98% completed in 1994.
It is the same story in Aladja steel company. A company valued at over $700million. ATIKU/OBJ sold it for $30million. Another Awoof Bonanza Price.
Companies started fighting over its ownership. As at today the dispute is still in Court.
Another project messed up by Atiku and OBJ is the Mambila Hydropower Project. Expected to add over 3,500Mw to Nigeria power generation.
Different contractual confusion led to so many legal tussle that stopped the project till today.
One pattern in all these unending legal tussle to destroy Nigeria key assets that can transform Nigeria are led by some greedy Nigerians..
We witness the PID scam that almost cost nigeria over $10billion if not for Malami and Buhari.
Nigeria is enmeshed in another huge international legal tussle over Malabu oil block contract created by Obasanjo and Atiku that could cost Nigeria over $10billion. This unscrupulous Nigerians fronting for this companies don’t care if Nigeria collapse. All they need is money.
The Calabar Coastal Highway is President Tinubu star project. This same Nigerians have rushed to court to stop the project.( but God pass them).
They claimed you must pay Nigerian youths in some part of Nigeria before building roads and companies that would benefit this same youths
Nigeria have too many Enemies inside.
Many projects completed in Nigeria faced enormous resistance before completion.
Sadly the Atiku and OBJ that led most of this crisis are Wailers mentors.
And the same Atiku still want to rule Nigeria again?
