The Chairman-elect of the APC National Youth Caucus, (NYC) Akwa Ibom State Chapter, Comrade Victor Sunday Etim, has congratulated the newly appointed State Publicity Secretary of the organization, Comrade Ime Silas on the occasion of his 2025 Birthday Celebrations, describing him as a ‘very dependable progressive’.
Comrade Etim who stated this in a goodwill message he personally signed, dated 22nd April, 2025, also noted that Comrade Ime’s recent emergence as the Akwa Ibom State’s chapter Publicity Secretary of NYC was a divine arrangement, given the new phase of the organization and party.
He said “On behalf of the Executive and members of the APC National Youth Caucus (NYC), Akwa Ibom State chapter, I, Comrade Victor Sunday Etim, the State Chairman-elect wish to, most sincerely congratulate our newly appointed State Publicity Secretary, Comrade Ime Silas on the occasion of his birthday celebrations today, 22nd April, 2025.
“May I thank the Almighty God for preserving the life of our very dependable progressive despite the challenges associated with his calling of consistently being the voice to the voiceless massess of Akwa Ibom State.
It must be stated here without any iota of equivocation that your recent emergence as the State Publicity Secretary of NYC is divinely arranged, especially as we navigate through the new phase of the organization in particular, and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in general.
