The Executive governor of Ogun state, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has paid a condolence visit to the Ajimobi family following the passing of their daughter, Abisola Kola-Daisi.
Abisola died in the United Kingdom on March 27 after a protracted battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Kolapo Kola-Daisi, and their three children.
Governor Abiodun was joined by former Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, on the visit.
The two leaders during the visit, commiserated with the former Oyo First family and prayed for eternal repose of the departed’s soul.
The deceased was the eldest daughter to a former governor of Oyo state, His Excellency, Late Dr. Isiaka Abiola Ajimobi. Ajimobi was elected as governor of Oyo state in 2011 and was relected in 2015 and remained governor till 2019. Late former Governor Ajimobi died in June 2020.
