APC candidate for the Abak/Etim Ekpo/Ika Federal Constituency election, Clement Jimbo has been declared winner by INEC after today’s supplementary election. He scored 22,225 votes to defeat his closest rival and incumbent Rep, Hon. Aniekan Umanah of PDP who polled 20,793 votes.
