For multiple hours now, the South Sudanese team that were in Libya for their game against Sudan on Tuesday have not seen their ways out of the Airport
Report says, Libyan Immigration withheld the passports of the Sudanese delegation, making it impossible for them to get to South Sudan team at the airport
Sudan had earlier adopted Martyrs stadium, Benghazi for their WCQ home game after non of their stadia meet the CAF requirements
It would be recalled that the Libyan Football authorities were recently fined by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) after they were found culpable over allegations of maltreatments against the Super Eagles of Nigeria during their second leg encounter in the 2025 Nations Cup Qualifiers.
