Pep Guardiola’s Divorce: The untold Story, The Injustice

“Will Cristina gladly accept (and even fight for) the proceeds of the job she alleged was robbing her of spousal love and attention?”
Pep’s divorce issue is one of the many gross injustices.
No man is worried that Pep Guardiola’s wife is leaving him; we’re only fondly discussing the biggest unjust irony of it all.
According to Pep’s wife, Cristina, Pep had been too busy chasing money (or loving his work) to the extent that he neglected her for years.
By her calculations, Pep wasn’t supposed to renew his contract with Manchester City, which would keep him in Manchester till 2027.
He was supposed to move back to Barcelona to be closer to her in the city where she’s managing her family’s fashion business.
Pep (Spanish) and Cristina (Brazilian but based with family in Spain) were together from 1994 till 2014 before they decided to get married.
Within that period of 20 years of not being legally married, they made three daughters. The youngest is 17.
After the wedding in 2014, Pep moved his family to England in 2016 when he became Manchester City’s manager.
After three years of living with her family in Manchester, Cristina decided to move back to Barcelona in 2019, in order to manage her family’s BUSINESS better. That’s to say that she moved because of work.
While moving, she went with their last daughter while her other children remained in Manchester with Pep. We can’t say if these ‘children’ (aged 24 and 22) are happy to be in England or they also want to move to Spain. Well, it’s spousal love we’re talking about here.
Suppose Pep abandoned his job at Manchester City – which would make many of us cry – and went back to Barcelona to cuddle Cristina regularly and adequately, would her two adults daughters equally want to leave England?
You see, I don’t think the whole point of the divorce is solely neglect of wife due to excessive much attention to work, after all Cristina equally relocated because of money from family business, there’s something Cristina isn’t telling us.
It’s either she’s already seeing, allegedly someone else or she’s a closet Liverpool fan.
Anyway, the couple say they are cordially disentangling, and are leaving the door open for possible future reconciliation. Until then, they’ve just got the torch they each need to find whatever they might be looking for other people’s underpants.
Should Pep’s wealth be split 50:50 with his wife, that would be utterly unjust.  Utterly unjust for the fact that Cristina decided to stay in another country away from her husband, because of money.
It will also be hugely ironic, ironic in the sense that Cristina would gladly accept (and even fight for) the proceeds of the job she alleged was robbing her of spousal love and attention.

Let’s say it’s a crime to give much attention to your job:
Why must he be the one to pay for a crime they both committed?
Maybe he shouldn’t have gotten married, like some are saying.
Poor Pep.
